Having acquired an empty wilhelminian style apartment, the MÄHREN GROUP has a further high quality residential project to offer in a top Berlin city location. The 700 m²** object is located in a quiet side street close to the Schloßstraße in Steglitz. After an extensive renovation, the sale of the 6 luxurious appartments is scheduled for early 2011.
